just in time for this weekends best friend’s visit- the trees, flowers and all of Brooklyn is bursting!

November 5 we signed a lease to our new digs.  December 18 we moved in.  A 9ft sofa, a pup, Christmas, Mama F and a couple of friends later- we are now starting to feel at “home”.  Leo and I had just about everything imaginable thrown our way  (just like everybody else) in the past 8 months- but, he’s got this patience thing down to a science… he knows how to cool my jets when I get a tad jumpy and he’s not afraid to take chances- he’s a killer friend and incredible partner.

I’m a super thankful gal.

2012 is bound to be a good one, we can just feel it.

*now on to new projects like what to cover with this chalkboard paint…

What we want and what we can afford are two completely opposite things… waiting for the apartment/home of my dreams, or something I can turn into my dream to just fall smack down in my lap. I have hope, I have leo and I have miss m and that’s all a girl needs.
